GENERAL TERMS
Clear terms for doing business with 4R.
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of this website and, where applicable, quotations, orders and commercial transactions with 4R Waterworks Inc. Additional or different terms may apply where expressly stated in a quotation, purchase agreement, credit agreement or other written agreement.
Commercial credit accounts
Customers applying for credit are also subject to the separate 4R Waterworks Credit Application Terms & Conditions accepted as part of the credit application process.

Website Use
The 4R Waterworks website is provided for general business and informational purposes. Users may access and use the website for lawful purposes related to evaluating products and services, obtaining information, contacting 4R Waterworks and conducting business with us.
4R Waterworks may modify, update, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality from time to time without notice.

Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photographs, illustrations, technical information and other website content are provided for general reference. Products and specifications may change, and images may be representative rather than an exact depiction of the product supplied.
Customers are responsible for confirming current product specifications, availability, approvals and suitability for the intended project or application before ordering.

Quotations & Orders
Quotations are subject to the pricing, validity period, scope, exclusions and other conditions stated in the applicable quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, an order is subject to acceptance by 4R Waterworks.
Product availability, manufacturing schedules and lead times may change. Special-order, project-specific and non-stock products may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of quotation or order.

Pricing & Taxes
Pricing is governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation or other written agreement. Prices are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes and any other charges identified in the applicable transaction documents.

Payment & Credit Accounts
Payment terms are those stated on the applicable quotation, invoice, account approval or other written agreement with 4R Waterworks. Extension of commercial credit is subject to approval by 4R Waterworks.
Credit Application Terms & Conditions
Customers requesting a commercial credit account must complete a 4R Waterworks Credit Application. Submission of a Credit Application is subject to the separate Credit Application Terms & Conditions applicable to commercial credit accounts.

Delivery, Inspection & Claims
Delivery arrangements, freight charges and delivery timing are subject to the applicable quotation or order. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Customers should inspect products promptly upon delivery and notify 4R Waterworks of apparent shortages, damage, incorrect material or other delivery discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible, together with supporting information where requested.

Returns & Cancellations
Returns require prior authorization from 4R Waterworks. Eligibility for return may depend on product condition, timing, supplier requirements and whether the product is regularly stocked.
Special-order, custom, fabricated, altered, project-specific or non-stock material may not be returnable. Approved returns may be subject to applicable restocking, freight or handling charges. Order cancellations may be subject to costs already incurred or supplier cancellation requirements.

Product Selection, Specifications & Installation
4R Waterworks may assist customers with product information and product selection; however, the customer, contractor, engineer, consultant or other responsible project professional remains responsible for confirming that selected products meet the project specifications, applicable standards, municipal or authority requirements and intended application.
Products should be handled and installed in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions, project specifications, standards and accepted installation practices.

Product Warranties
Many products supplied by 4R Waterworks are manufactured by third parties. Where a manufacturer provides a product warranty, warranty claims are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms, limitations and claim procedures.
Nothing on this website is intended to create a product warranty beyond any warranty expressly provided in writing by 4R Waterworks or the applicable manufacturer.

Website & Commercial Liability
4R Waterworks makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful website information, but website content may contain errors, omissions or information that becomes outdated. Website information should not replace project-specific engineering, professional advice, approved specifications or current manufacturer documentation.
Any limitations of liability applicable to a particular sale, product, quotation or project will be governed by the applicable written transaction documents and applicable law.

Intellectual Property
The 4R Waterworks name, branding, website design and original website content are owned by or used with permission by 4R Waterworks. Manufacturer names, trademarks, product images and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Website content may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without appropriate permission.

Third-Party Links & Resources
The website may provide links to manufacturers, standards organizations, government websites and other external resources for convenience. External websites are operated independently. 4R Waterworks does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or terms.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and use of the 4R Waterworks website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, subject to any different governing-law provision contained in an applicable written agreement.
